When someone is there

Weekdays from eight in the morning until half five, finishing an hour earlier on Fridays. Saturday mornings until one. Closed Sundays.

Site visits are booked inside those hours. Outside them, leave a message and it gets picked up the next working morning.

Condo or HOA?

Say so on the form. Association approval runs on its own timetable alongside the city permit, and knowing about it at the start changes how the schedule is built.
